Week 2

I fell off the wagon last week. I was only able to do one out of three scheduled runs. I resumed this week. The rainy weather is becoming more of an inconvience so I picked a smaller park near our house instead where I can do my running. The good thing about this program is that I am slowly getting used to doing longer runs at a time. So, this week's program:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
