Week 4

I finished Week 4 of my jogging program yesterday. I was finding it a little hard -- my leg muscles ached and I was almost out of breath during the first three minutes of my jog. I'm sure it has got to do with being sedentary for more than a week.

This week's program:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
  • Jog 3 minutes
  • Walk 90 seconds
  • Jog 5 minutes
  • Walk 2-1/2 minutes
  • Jog 3 minutes
  • Walk 90 seconds
  • Jog 5 minutes
